Elon Musk Reveals SpaceX’s Internet Service From Space Will Soon Be Ready
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk revealed that the launch of the Starlink internet service project is within the pipelines, with a “private beta” version in high latitudes arriving in about three months, to supply internet to varied rural communities via small satellites.
Musk followed up the announcement by saying that the general public beta version might be call at around six months, as well.
SpaceX has launched 360 satellites as of March, and is getting to circulate 12,000 units to space by the top of the last decade .
However, the web satellite ambition has been receiving criticisms from astronomers, who are concerned that the satellites will have negative implications for observers on Earth.
Musk skilled the backlash by stating that the corporate will work on making the satellites less reflective.
